Abstract: In recent years, with the further expansion of China's reform and opening up, in Hebei province industrialization, urbanization, and modernization of Hebei province development faster and faster. With the input and output of the apparent effectiveness ,industrialization and urbanization on regional economic growth effect is very obvious. People put the focus on these aspects. Therefore, Hebei has been committed to improving the level of urbanization in Hebei region. However, the development of urbanization can increase economic development, prompting increased economic output, but the emphasis of economic growth would certainly damage the ecological environment. Recently, there are serious environmental problems in Hebei Province, environmental carrying capacity can not adapt to their level of economic development, irrational industrial structure, the situation has exacerbated the deterioration of ecological environment in Hebei province level. Although faced with frequent occurrence of haze, the ecological environment protection has been a large degree of attention, the government enterprises and individuals committed to the specialized environmental governance, but from the results point of view, in urbanization and environmental quality have to do is not satisfactory. Structure and function of the entire ecosystem environment pollution damage will cause damage within the city, as well as to further obstruct the development of the city's economic life and social residents. But the contradiction between urbanization and ecological environment is that it can be alleviated by adjusting the area of policies and development strategies. This thesis summarizes the urbanization and ecological basis of environmental levels of development of each city in Hebei Province, according to some of the specific issues for sexual suggestions.
