Abstract: When climate factors such as ambient temperature and humidity change, all living things in nature will also be affected by changes in the external living environment. For microorganisms, their variation and adaptation to environmental changes are more rapid than mammals and other large animals, viruses, bacteria, parasites are more active, damage livestock immunity and resistance to disease, increase the incidence and spread of livestock diseases, increase the degree and scope of disease occurrence, harm livestock health. At present, the characteristics of the global epidemic of animal diseases have changed significantly, and the number of hidden infections has increased. New and old diseases coexist at the same time and cross; As many pathogens continue to mutate, strong and drug-resistant strains emerge, resulting in multiple infections and an increase in the incidence of animal diseases. The impact of global warming on human beings and the earth is immeasurable, and the factors that lead to its occurrence are many. With effective efforts, the trend and extent of warming can be slowed down. In the future, the prevention and control of animal epidemics in China should aim at controlling greenhouse gas emissions and enhancing the ability of sustainable development, adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on mitigation and adaptation, rely on scientific and technological progress and innovation, and constantly improve the ability to cope with climate change, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of animal epidemics prevention and control.
