Abstract: According to the data of temperature and precipitation of climate elements in Liaoning Province in recent 50 years, this paper analyzes the temperature and precipitation of Liaoning Province. The variation trend of precipitation and its variation trend in time and space. The relationship and influence between climate change and water resources are analyzed. The research shows that the water resources in Liaoning have a trend of decreasing gradually, especially in recent years. The increase of annual temperature and decrease of precipitation in Liaoning Province are basically consistent with the decrease of total water resources. Developing cloud water resources and using water resources rationally can solve the problem of water shortage.
