Abstract：Starting from the typical cases of cross-regional alliances of public libraries in China, we discuss the cross-regional alliance development status quo, summarizes the practical experience of cross-regional alliance development of public libraries in China, and analyzes the problems existing in the synergistic development of regional alliances of China's public libraries in conjunction with the implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Libraries (hereinafter referred to as the Public Libraries Act), and finally proposes a strategy for the synergistic development of regional alliances of public libraries, in order to better promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's public libraries.
