Abstract: Taking the Q agency in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province as the research object, this paper provides a profound analysis of the agency from three aspects: internal ecological sustainability of the agency, sustainable funding of the agency, and sustainable program design, and tries to provide theoretical and operational guidance on how social work agencies can achieve sustainable development.
