Abstract: Green logistics is a circulation activity that takes sustainable development as its purpose, among which green transportation is the most basic and main activity in green logistics. We should start from the perspective of environmental protection, improve the traditional logistics and transportation system, establish the corresponding green logistics and transportation legal system, and then build a perfect green logistics legal system. The construction of green logistics transportation legal system in China is the embodiment of vigorously developing circular economy, constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly society and adhering to sustainable development. The legal system of green logistics transportation has high consistency with the value goal it pursues. This paper introduces the basic theories related to green logistics transportation, and then analyzes the shortcomings of the legal system of green logistics transportation in our country, and finally puts forward relevant suggestions to construct and perfect the legal system of green logistics transportation.
