Abstract: In the past 20 years of development, the Agricultural Development Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as "Agricultural Development Bank ") has achieved various agricultural policy objectives stipulated by the central government, effectively performed the function of policy finance, and achieved endogenous development from small to large and from weak to strong. However, in the context of the transformation of China's economic growth mode and the adjustment of economic structure, the future functional positioning and development direction of Agricultural Development Bank need to make targeted planning and adaptive changes with the further deepening of the reform of the financial system in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development. Based on the theory of sustainable development of finance, the paper puts forward that the function of policy-based finance should be highlighted. Strengthen market operation management; We will continue to deepen all supporting reforms.
