" At the same time, the labor participation rate of Chinese women will remain at about 62% after 2017. Women are trying to find a balance between work and family in the balance between fertility and caring. Moderate and inclusive supporting system. This paper uses the Mohu Qualitative Comparative Analysis Method (1SQCA) to compare the policy configuration of maternity support in 38 OECD member countries from the perspective of promoting women's employment, and analyze the effect of maternity support policies in different employment situations. Selection of Women's Employment Behavior Choices, Antigender Discrimination Culture, and Labour Market Surveillance Efforts as Women's Employment Situations in OCD Countries: In Terms of Birth Support Policies, It is found that single EIC and birth support policies are not the necessary conditions for the positive effects of policies. Furthermore, five policy configurations and four policy types that can protect the fertility level are obtained, which shows that there are multiple ways to achieve the policy effect under the situation of female employment and fertility policy. China's fertility support policy should have the dual functions of promoting fertility and supporting women's employment, so as to accelerate the construction of a "cattle-friendly" society and promote high-quality employment for women.
