Research on Matching of Water Resources Utilization in Qinghai Province

Abstract: Qinghai Province is rich in water resources, but relatively short of water. The systematic analysis and quantitative research on the spatial matching of water resources are important to the water ecological security and economic health of Qinghai Province Development is of great significance. In this paper, the Gini coefficient of ecological water resources was defined, and combined with the Lorentz curve, the relationship between water resources and agricultural output value, industrial output value, and industrial output value in Qinghai Province in 2015 was quantitatively analyzed.

The results show that: (1) The basis of water resources and agricultural output value, industrial output value, population number, agricultural water and industrial water in Qinghai Province Ni coefficient is higher than 0.6 . The spatial distribution is highly uneven and the fairness is extremely poor, which is not conducive to the balanced and orderly development of water resources ecological security and economy in Qinghai Province. (2) Lorentz curve in the middle flat, extreme values at both ends, away from the absolute average. (3) The Lorentz curve of water-industrial output value is further away from the absolute mean line, which means that industrial activities have no effect on the spatial distribution of water resources equal contribution is greater. (4) The Lorentz curve in 2015 is closer to the absolute average than that in 2005, and the matching fairness of water resources with agricultural water, industrial water and population is on the level. The fairness of the spatial distribution of water resources has been improved. The natural distribution of water resources in different administrative regions of Qinghai Province is very different, which seriously restricts the development of economy to high quality and the spatial allocation of water resources. The people are not adapted to their yearning for a better life. Based on this, Qinghai Province should optimize the industrial structure, build characteristic agriculture and animal husbandry, accelerate the development of emerging industries, and increase the proportion of service industries; Comprehensive promotion industrial water saving, developing water-saving agriculture, promoting recycling industry, and strengthening urban water saving; Strengthen safeguard measures, accelerate technological and institutional innovation, innovate water resources management system, and improve government support, methods of supervision of water use units; Construction of water ecological civilization in Qinghai Province, optimize water resources space, protect the ecological security of water resources in Qinghai Province, and realize the coordination between economy and water resources environment development.
