 Abstract: This paper expounds several issues that should be paid attention to in the implementation of sustainable development strategy of urban agglomerations, including recognizing the main features of environmental problems of urban agglomerations, taking urban agglomerations as a unified whole to formulate environmental planning of urban agglomerations, implementing the development strategy of resource saving urban agglomerations, adjusting the industrial structure, rational layout and accelerating the prevention and control of industrial pollution.
